From start-up to growth, legal services are essential to every company's development. In order to better support the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in Huangpu, the "Yuan Chuang Alliance" public welfare legal expert team establishment ceremony and "Innovation and Entrepreneurship·Rule of Law Escort" theme were hosted by the United Front Work Department, the District Justice Bureau, and the District Overseas Chinese Federation. With the platform of the Huangpu Lawyer Working Committee and the Bund Legal Service Aggregation Zone, the first public welfare legal expert team consisting of 10 members was established. They will provide professional, high-quality, and efficient public welfare legal services to Huangpu's innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises in a one-on-one "expert clinic" manner. 

At the event, the 10 public welfare legal experts signed contracts with 10 enterprise representatives respectively. Zhou Jingmin, the director of the Huangpu Lawyer Working Committee, told reporters that these 10 practicing lawyers from Huangpu are all young and middle-aged backbone members in the industry, and some of them are political advisors and National People's Congress deputies at the city and district levels. "These lawyers have a strong sense of political responsibility and social responsibility."

 After pairing up with the enterprises, the public welfare legal expert team will provide legal services in core professional fields such as equity financing, corporate governance structure, compliance development, and intellectual property for innovation and entrepreneurship enterprises in a one-on-one manner.
